How registration works.
1. Register your interest (10 minutes)
Share your background, areas of expertise, preferred ways of working, availability, and location. This helps us understand where and how you add the most value.
2. Initial review
We review your experience and alignment with the type of work UnBound Work supports. This isn’t about volume, it’s about seniority, judgement, and fit.
3. Registration conversation (30–45 minutes)
A focused discussion about your experience, strengths, how you want to work, and the kind of outcomes you’re interested in delivering. We’ll also cover commercial expectations and availability.
4. Due diligence & checks
We complete the appropriate identity, right-to-work, and reference checks. Where required, additional compliance or safeguarding checks are completed before any introductions.
5. Matching & introductions
We only introduce opportunities that genuinely fit your experience and working style. Expectations are clear from the outset, including scope, outcomes, and time commitment.
6. Engagement & ongoing support
Once work begins, we support both sides to ensure the engagement runs smoothly. We stay close enough to be helpful, without getting in the way.
